I currently reside in the Town of Scarborough. I co-own & operate Regency Realty Group, with 20 agents licensed in the office. I believe in offering Real Estate SOLUTIONS for today’s buyers and sellers and my agents.
I believe that building strong relationships through quality service is the right foundation for a successful real estate career. I have built my business by making every client feel like my only client. "ONE OF THE GREATEST PLEASURES IS PUTTING THAT SET OF KEYS INTO THE HANDS OF A NEW HOME BUYER AFTER GUIDING THEM STEP-BY-STEP THROUGH THE ENTIRE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION".
After having bought and sold many homes myself, I understand how difficult the process may seem. From searching for the right home to the loan process, building inspections, to the waiting game to have those keys put in your hands. Or selling the home, preparing your home for sale, to listing it and waiting for the right buyer to come along and present the offer that is agreeable to both the buyer and seller. .. Again..waiting for the loan process to complete. I am here to make this entire process easier for you. It can be very emotional selling or buying a home. I know..I have been there.
I take great pride in my leadership qualities- being available and helpful to both clients and the agents in my office.
Over the years I have sold hundreds of foreclosed properties working with both the sellers and buyers, both investors and owner occupants. The market is ever changing and so are our clients needs. Here at Regency Realty Group we really do "Put our Experience to Work for you"

I work with both buyers and sellers of residential and mutli unit properties.
I also work extensively with REO and foreclosed properties as a listing agent and property manager. This work gives me a better understanding of current market conditions and housing trends. Being responsible for the maintenance and repair of these homes, requires a solid knowledge of construction, renovation, and local building codes.

" A kinder, gentler place to live", that's what Maine is for me. I moved here in 2008 from a large city in Massachusetts where I raised my family and taught middle school for several decades. I consider it a privilege to be living in Maine.
I am an avid outdoors woman. Kayaking, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, disc golf, Southern Maine has it all! I love this area!
