John has spent many years serving the greater Portland area. Born and raised in Portland, he specializes in Munjoy Hill, a unique neighborhood of period homes overlooking beautiful Casco Bay. A resident of this neighborhood for many years, John not only knows the homes of the Hill, but also its history and people. John is a natural for people who really want to know the area. John’s volunteer work with area immigrants has also made him a natural when it comes to steering these new arrivals through the house buying process. Having worked with many new immigrants, John is especially apt with Spanish speakers, being fluent in Spanish himself. Marty Macisso was a graduate of Scarborough High School in 1997. He later went on to graduate from the Universtity of Southern Maine School of Business where he majored in Finance and minored in English.
He currently holds an Associate Broker License as well as being a Maine Notary Public and a B.S in Business Finance.
After several years working for greater Portland area mortgage companies as a loan officer, Marty decided to make the switch to helping Maine families during the housing recession as a Housing Counselor and Maine Licensed Real Estate Agent working for Regency Realty Group.

Michel J. Duvernay
Michel J. Duvernay is a fully-licensed real estate agent and realtor in the state of Maine and is affiliated with Regency Realty Group. He has owned and managed rental property in the Portland area since 1986.
Mike currently owns four units at Breakwater at Spring Point Marina in South Portland which he leases and manages through his company, Duvernay Properties. Additionally he manages several other units at Breakwater for owners. Mike has been a member of the Breakwater Association board since 2007 and currently serves on the board as vice-president. This puts Mike in a unique position to be involved in all aspects of the management of the property including decisions regarding actual maintenance and fiscal matters of the property.
Mike is presently on the Board of Directors of the Southern Maine Landlord Association (SMLA). SMLA is an organization committed to safe and responsible property management. Mike is also a past Director and current member of the Maine Apartment
